All Public Buyers are required to provide a copy if thier state photo ID. If you are registering from your phone simply take a photo and attach the file.

  1. All individuals (non-licensed dealers) must be registered by Evbidder staff and given access to  bid on or view vehicle pricing.  Upon bidding on a vehicle and when you are the last bidder and the seller agrees to sell the vehicle at your bid price you are the owner of the sale.
     
  2. All public (non-licensed dealers) will be required to submit a $500 deposit authorization before bidding  The authorization hold is like when you rent a car – funds are NOT transferred from your account, but merely a temporary hold of the available credit. An authorization will typically expire in 1 to 3 business days. If you are the winning bidder when the auction is over your deposit authorization will then be processed and funds transferred. Your deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of the vehicle.
     
  3. If you are the “Highest Bidder” at the end of the auction you are the owner of the vehicle. If your "Offer" was accepted by the seller you are the owner of the vehicle or if you have exercised the "Buy Now" option you are owner of the sale.
     
  4. You will then receive a call and an email from with instructions to process the final payment.
     
  5. After completing that purchase, you will be able to return to the marketplace or simulcast to bid on any others you would like to buy.
     
  6. Please Remember: don’t bid on a vehicle unless you plan to pay for it. 
    This is a legal binding contract when you make a purchase. Auction reserves the right to refuse services at any time.

    *3% processing fee will be added to the purchase price of the vehicle for all Credit Card transactions. 

    When participating in a live simulcast event listen closely to the auction announcements during the sale. If you do not understand what is going on or need information about bidding please use the chat system or call to speak any of our staff for assistance. 

    By submitting this application I agree to the terms and conditions of the auction and I fully understand that I will forfeit my deposit for nonpayment.The applicant agrees to abide by all auction policies, procedures and agrees to all applicable fees.

Evbidder.com in conjunction with Local Autos Online LLC will place a TEMPORARY HOLD OF $500 on your Credit Card that typically expires between 3-7 days.

In the event you are the winning bidder the $500 deposit will be processed and applied to the total cost of the vehicle you purchased.
